brew doctor 提示更新 xcode-select version 2003，要怎么解决呢？

brew doctor提示“Warning: A newer Command Line Tools release is available
Update them from Software Update in the App Store.”
google了更新方法，从developer.apple.com/downloads下载了commandline_tools_os_x_mavericks_for_xcode__march_2014.dmg安装，还是xcode-select version 2003。
请问要怎么更新xcode-select呢？

另外还有一个问题，
Warning: You seem to have osx-gcc-installer installed.
Homebrew doesn't support osx-gcc-installer. It causes many builds to fail and
is an unlicensed distribution of really old Xcode files.
Please run `xcode-select --install` to install the CLT.
输入"xcode-select --install"只会提示帮助信息。
已经在搜索引擎上查找过了，还是不能解决了，只好在这发帖求助了。

$ xcode-select --install

Usage: xcode-select -print-path
or: xcode-select -switch <xcode_folder_path>
or: xcode-select -version
Arguments:
-print-path Prints the path of the current Xcode folder
-switch <xcode_folder_path> Sets the path for the current Xcode folder
-version Prints xcode-select version information
