为什么创建了2dsphere索引后查询就没有索引了呢，cursor是莫名其妙的 S2Cursor这是什么意思
删除了2dsphere索引后速度就暴快索引也用到了

今天把mongodb升级到了2.6.1没想到竟然解决了
竟然2dsphere索引用不上是2.4.1的bug
升级后啥也没干立刻建索引测试
终于用上索引了
"cursor" : "BtreeCursor _ugps_"了
