企微后台通讯录导入功能，在读取 Excel 模板的时候，隐藏的 sheet ，仍然被读取。

不是 bug 吧，像用 easyExcel 什么的读取的时候，隐藏的行也可以读取到，poi 默认都是读取的

@ttthys #1 这个是隐藏的 sheet ，我总感觉是 bug ，因为导入了隐藏的 sheet ，导致我误删了二十来人的企微，哎，聊天记录都没了
