macos 26 (M5) 外接 HDMI 显示器，现在还有什么方法能强制 RGB 输出吗？

    似乎网上的方法要么是针对 intel mac 的，要么是针对早期版本系统+M1/M2 的，在我的设备上全部无法生效。
