原因很简单，要知道 dict() 是mutiple 的，而且你给了它一个 instance:
{_STANDARDS: dict()} |

33 行 StdData = _StdData('StdData', (StdData,), {_STANDARDS: dict()}) dict() 这里始终是同一个dict() |
