apache2 下的 webdav，如何禁止覆盖文件？

    现有一 apache2 搭建的 webdav ，怎么才能在允许写入新文件的情况下，禁止覆盖写入老的文件。客户端是使用 PUT 方法访问的。如果能通过 linux 权限控制之类的实现也可以。谢谢。
