PPTP和L2TP的vpn都有send all traffic though vpn这个选项，但ipsec没有。
如果连接上ipsec之后，default route是：
Internet:
Destination Gateway Flags Refs Use Netif Expire
default link#10 UCS 30 0 utun1
default 192.168.2.1 UGScI 14 0 en1
所有流量都走了第一条vpn，有什么办法把这两条的优先级换一下么？
