域名没有备案的话，VPS用国外的搬瓦工
已经备案了，就可以考虑阿里云和腾讯云了

自己写博客不推荐 VPS，来个虚拟主机省时省力，找个可以绑定域名的博客服务更加方便。
非要 VPS 的话，推荐 Vultr $5/mo 的日本线路，目前自己在用质量不错。
