看了一下 squid ，出口 ip 可以写在配置列表里，但是代理 ip 是网上抓的存入数据库，有办法定时更新到 squid 配置列表里吗？或者有其它解决方案吗？类似 scrapying hub.

可以试下 polipo ，文档里面好像有个 parentProxy 选项，可以参数命令行启动。
