安装了新版本的 qtranlate，但是 ie 正常上网没有问题，开始以为是防火墙问题，后来感觉是系统的代理配置有问题，但是重置了 ie 还是不行。现在 qtranlate 依然无法使用，即使是不用，代理都不行。
