真是要了命，想看个文件一直在等待下载，请问在等待什么呢？

手机没办法上图...

试试这个，设置 - 蜂窝移动网络 - 允许 Appstore 访问 WLAN 与蜂窝移动网。

解决了
路径是：设置 - 蜂窝移动网络 - 拉到最下边的有一项 “ iCloud 云盘”我打开就好了 @yincheng
