vscode 更新后无法打开 wsl 上的文件夹

win10 上，vscode 自动更新后就无法打开部分 wsl 里的文件夹。测试后发现只要在 wsl 里的 workspace 中禁用部分插件就无法打开，而把文件夹复制一份后就正常，但禁用插件后又无法打开。。有人遇到相同的情况吗
