深圳电信可以 ping 通但是无法访问 80

上海电信的 TR069 之前可以互通的，被某些人用来开黑宽带。 后来电信发现了，现在全部屏蔽了。 所以嘛。 这种东西，自己小圈子玩玩就可以了。 没必要广而告之。

TR069 一般都能跑到线速，因为是运营商直接搞的 L2TP VPN，不像 PPPoE 会被 Radius 下发限速模版。

不过想限制当然也可以，一开始谁想过你们还能这么玩 😂

@dndx 进让运营商公网上下行不对等，对等的话就不这样玩了！话说我今天发现了广东电信 tr069 的一个奇怪问题，内网传档对测跑满 300M，外网 ROS 对测速也正常，唯独是电信官网测速上行不正常！

022 的联通商宽之前尝试过但是配置完了无法 DHCP 得到地址~~尝试解密配置文件也失败了~光猫是 10GPON 的中兴 F1755

@onion83 看到你了，11.40.24.19 ，你这一波测试耗费我 20G 流量。广州到深圳看来看来能达到 600Mbps+带宽。http 协议确实限制的死死的。

南山区 100M 普通家宽 和 500M 游戏宽带，11.x 和 10.x 表现都一致，和公司普通商业宽带表现一致
