macos monterey 系统后已经选择了浅色，当换上深色背景图时，菜单栏里的文字还是会自动变白，怎么设置能让菜单栏保持黑色字不变

    减少透明度会导致 dock 也变白，不好看，这个方法弃用，还有别的方法吗？
