@siddharth 之前还面试过杭州 deepseek 的运维岗，这个其实是最理想的了，有 ai 热度，离家也近，不过 hr 一直反馈二面面试官没时间，后来甚至面试流程停了说暂时不安排面试了；
不过我这俩 offer 间隔的时间比较长，小米这个我是点了接受，后来来了网易的机会再顺便去面试的。除非我放弃小米去网易，否则我这周三周四就得入职去了，时间上不允许了。

@xubeiyou 对；有一点想离老家近一点的想法；不过看到一些大佬们说“年级大了，以后跳槽难度很高”，马上又重新焦虑起来，有种自己还没到以“离家近”作为核心理由做选择的时间，不能这样选。对哦，活水也是个选项，小米有上海的岗位，可能也是个曲线救国的方法。
