我一般都
$ (./xxx.sh 1>stdout.log 2>error.log & )
然后就是在 后台运行且 挂到 init 进程下，
要看输出就
$ tail -f stdout.log
要看 错误就
$ tail -f error.log
$ (./xxx.sh 1>stdout.log 2>error.log & )
