成功 (Date: August 8, 2021).

自己的机场不行，而是使用 Flow VPN ( https://www.flowvpn.com/) 的 "US LA" 线路，支持七天试用（一个被迫找到的冷门 VPN，非广告）。
外加套了一层 Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 (非 WARP 模式，普通模式).
BTW 我的情况：无痕里面 Google 定位不再具体到 state, 而是仅仅显示 United States.

总结，我的思路：找冷门、用户量小的 IP + 套 Cloudflare WARP.
