如果我对 OP 的需求理解没错的话，可以试试如下操作：
1. 创建一个名称为“预算”的账户，同时在资产报表中将这个账户排除（大多数记账软件都有这个功能）
2. 当你计划花 X 买一个家电时创建一笔转账，从资金账户转 X 元到“预算”账户
3. 当你真正花钱购买这个家电时，在“预算”账户创建一笔 X 元支出
如果我对 OP 的需求理解没错的话，可以试试如下操作：
