We are aware of connectivity issues connection from China to DigitalOcean. This is usually caused by network congestion within China, and also the restrictions placed onto the Internet by the Chinese Government. Unfortunately there is not much we can do it make this any better. Performance usually fluctuates based upon peak and off peak times of the day.

If you continue to experience issues I suggest you speak with your ISP.
