Open Cursor IDE.
Press Ctrl + Shift + P (or Cmd + Shift + P on Mac) to open the command palette.
Type Preferences: Open Settings (JSON) and hit Enter.
Add the following lines into this JSON settings file:

"update.enableWindowsBackgroundUpdates": false,
"update.mode": "none"

@SingeeKing #34 好像不能用了，提示 The model "claude-opus-4-7-thinking-max-fast" requires Max Mode to be enabled. Please enable Max Mode and try again.
