aya 一直可以用 rust 写 eBPF ，你可能说的是 CO-RE 或者 KFuncs 之类的能力，Rust eBPF 不支持。因为需要 Rust 编译器支持。

目前一直是这样的，所以只能混着 C 代码一起写。我个人感觉，混合着写，其实也挺好的。我最近打算给 aya-book 加个章节，专门说一下相关的情况。

另外，vadorovsky 一直在推进这块，我感觉半年内有可能会落地吧。

我没有遇到过这种样子的 mentor ，我在带别人的时候，也不会这样。。。
这种属于是有毒的职场环境了，为什么楼上都很习以为常。。。

另外我不觉得带人算是负资产或者没有收益，职场影响力是很重要的一环啊，都是手把手带的小老弟，在组里会很滋润。

最后，建议 op 别内耗，把她当 npc ，尽量在组里把某个子领域尽快拿下（汇报、项目结果、以及故障问题排查），展示 ownership 。
