Replied to a topic by asing › iPhone › app store更新白屏有人遇到么？蜂窝数据和WIFI都不行。
之前遇到过试过很多方法，包括注销重新登录，都以失败告终，最终的解决方法是恢复出厂设置，因为提前在itunes里做好备份，所以基本上无损失。
