第一个问题不太清楚。第二个问题，不同账号不能用同一个邮箱注册，但一个手机号可以绑定多个 Apple ID ，我同一个手机号绑定了国区、美区、港区以及土区，都正常使用。

主力美区，辅用土耳其区及国区。之前土区便宜时一直用土区订阅 icloud ，然后拉美区账号进家庭组。后来价格涨了改订阅国区 icloud ，同样拉美区账号进入家庭组，目前一切正常，且 iCloud 也没有显示云上贵州。其他 AI 订阅走土区。
